Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cite Hustle ("the Service"), operated by Cite Hustle ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Cite Hustle provides AI-assisted content automation: keyword research, content planning, article generation, and publishing to third-party content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Webflow). Outputs depend on third-party AI providers and the inputs and integrations you supply.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms where it is published.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the terms of any third-party platform you connect.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Search Console, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend, and your selected CMS). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
